Vitamin C is the superstar vitamin for immune support, antioxidant function and detoxification of the body.
Studies have constantly confirmed that daily supplementation with Vitamin C creates a healthier child.
Giving your child Vitamin C daily – in addition to what is found in the Multi Vitamin – is like buying an insurance policy for his or her immune system. You will most likely find that your child will not get sick or develop infections as often and will recover more easily and quickly if they do catch a cold, cough, flu, upper respiratory infection or ear infection.

Supplementation can begin when your child starts eating solid foods. If you are still breastfeeding when your child starts solid foods, wait until you stop nursing before supplementing with Vitamin C.
During pregnancy, higher blood levels of Vitamin C have been correlated with increased baby weight and height, bot at birth and after birth. In addition, studies have demonstrated Vitamin C’s ability to protect foetuses from harm caused by environmental toxins and metals, which will reduce the risk of birth defect, development disorders and autism.
Dosage: 1000mg twice daily with meals in addition to the amount found in your prenatal vitamin (typically about 200mg). This provides maximum antioxidant effect and environmental protection.
