While our supplements have been developed with kids’ taste buds in mind, we understand that some kids are picky eaters and not used to certain flavours or tastes, so giving them their daily vitamins can be difficult for parents. Most of our vitamins and supplements come in liquid form and are easy to “hide” in drinks or meals.

We wanted to share a few easy recipes, including our vitamins which you can make for your children.

If you have a recipe you would like to share with other kiwi mums, please email it to us, and we will be more than happy to include it on this page.
